Guests have access to a private gravel driveway, located approximately two fields from the main road, providing a wonderfully private approach to the property.

There is direct access to Inchiquin Lake and the property's private jetty, making this an exceptional location for anyone who enjoys fishing, boating, wildlife or simply being beside the water.

Please note that some areas around the lake are rocky, and care should be taken when accessing the water's edge.

Other Things to Note

The grounds are intentionally natural and have been allowed to grow in keeping with the character of the surrounding landscape. This creates a wonderful sense of privacy and immersion in nature, with mature planting, wildlife and beautiful views in every direction.

There are some rocky areas along the water's edge, so the property may not be suitable for guests looking for a fully enclosed or child-friendly outdoor space.

Pets are very welcome, but please ensure they do not go upstairs or onto the furniture, and kindly clean up after them in the outdoor areas.
